Course Outline
This workshop will help you develop a eCRM programme for your business. By the end of the day, you’ll have a draft plan that covers strategy, planning, measurement, testing, segmentation and creative. You’ll be confident enough in your new skills & knowledge to start developing and/or improving your eCRM immediately! You will have a draft plan to take back to the office covering:
the fundamentals of CRM, including the planning process, measurement and testing
audience – understanding customers through audience research and other means
proposition and design including 10 ideas for a creative direction
channel, comprising social media and email marketing best practices
