We cover everything from insight generation through to implementation, integration, measurement and how to best use the social channels. Best practice use of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Plus and Linked In, integration and idea driven campaign will be highlighted. The workshop is developed through a mix of seminar and practical case exercises
